In fact, chlorine (Cl) content, as an important index to reflect the quality of heat-conducting oil, is explicitly stipulated in the current national standard gb23971-2009 "Organic Heat Carrier" for heat-conducting oil: the chlorine content in heat-conducting oil shall not be greater than 20mg/kg. However, the internal control index of sulfur (S) and chlorine (Cl) content of thermal oil products manufactured by Hanney Chemical, a professional manufacturer of thermal oil in China, is even lower than 5 mg/kg, which is far below the national standard.
