The factory is located in Handan, Hebei. It covers an area of more than 150 acres. There are more than 150 employees and 20 engineers and technicians. Our company formally acquired the former Dongxiang Iron and Steel Plant in 2006 for the production of biphenyl and its derivatives, and officially put into production diphenyl oxide and hydrogenated terphenyls in 2012. Kimchem's products are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, heat transfer oil, scintillation reagent, electronics, liquid crystal and other industries.
To the end of 2020, our production equipment has been fully upgraded to 10,000 tons/year of biphenyl, 6,000 tons/year of hydrogenated terphenyls, 10,000 tons/year of diphenyl oxide, and 10,000 tons/year of biphenyl- Diphenyl oxide heat transfer oil, 600 tons/year ferrocene, 50 tons/year p-terphenyl, 20 tons/year terphenyl, 10 tons/year o-terphenyl. Kimchem is still developing new products that can meet market demand.
Kimchem is equipped with industry-leading experimental and testing facilities. Possess sulfur and chlorine microcoulometers, Agilent gas chromatographs, Waters 600 liquid chromatographs, Shimadzu SPD-20A liquid chromatographs, domestic gas and liquid chromatographs, distillation range testers, spectrophotometers, melting point meters There are more than 20 testing equipments such as, flash point meter and two sets of laboratory test equipment.
